Registration

ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

At the time of registration a $25 registration fee per student is required, $35 maximum per family. 

 

Tuition Fees

ALL TUITION FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

The first tuition installment is due at time of online registration. Tuition is payable through your online account via credit/debit card. Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and broken into 9 monthly payments in an effort to keep the monthly cost down. Tuition is the same amount each month regardless of the amount of times each class meets that month. 

Tuition is due the 1st of the month September thru May and will be automatically drafted from your account on the first of every month 9/1 -5/1. If tuition is not received by the 5th day of the month a $10 late fee will be charged.

All classes and times are subject to change based on enrollment.

Withdrawal

If a dancer wishes to withdraw from class the studio must be notified via email or parent portal BEFORE THE NEXT MONTHLY BILLING CYCLE. Tuition will be drafted automatically until withdrawal notice has been received from time of sign up through May 1st.

RESPECT

All students are expected to treat their instructors, peers and the studio with respect at all times. Disruptive or disrespectful students will be excused from the studio. Students will be given a written warning for first offense, if an incident happens again the student will be expelled from the studio immediately.

DROP OFF

The door to the studio will open 5 minutes prior to the first class of the day. Please do not drop your dancer off early to wait for class to begin. We do not have adequate staffing to watch dancers outside of their class time and teachers use this time to prepare for class. We are not responsible for dancers outside of class time.

Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for dancers to improve throughout the year. If students must miss a class the studio will need to be notified. If notified, the student will receive an excused absence and may make-up their missed class. Once classes resume in January students will begin to learn choreography for our Spring Recital. During this time attendance is mandatory. If a student misses more than one class in a month the student may not be able to perform in the show, at the discretion of the director.

Inclement Weather Policy

The studio will follow Union County Public School's closings. If Union County cancels school OR cancels afternoon activities the studio will be closed that day. Classes will only be made up if (2) days have been missed.

Holidays and Vacations 2023-2024

The studio follows Union County Public School's Holiday and Vacation schedules.

The Studio will be CLOSED on the following days: 

Halloween - October 31

Veteran's Day - November 10

Thanksgiving Break - November 22 thru November 26

Winter Break- December 16 thru January 1

Martin Luther King Day - January 15

Spring Break - March 29 thru April 7

Memorial Day - May 27

Recital

Our Spring Recital is an exciting opportunity for students to perform and show off all that they have learned throughout the year! All students are encouraged, but not required to perform and must notify the studio in writing by November 1 if they will not participate. Costumes, tights and proper shoes are required to perform on stage. Tickets for the recital will go on sale in April. All audience members must purchase tickets.

 

Costumes

Costumes range from $80-$90 PER COSTUME depending on age and level. A $50 deposit per costume is due November 15 and the remaining balance of $30-$40 per costume is due January 15. Preschool, Level I and all electives require 1 costume each. Level II through Advanced Company require 2 costumes each. ALL COSTUME FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are offered when our studio schedule permits. Lessons must be canceled within a 24 hour window prior to time of lesson to be eligible for reschedule. If not cancelled 24 hours prior lesson fees will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Additionally "no show" private lessons will not be rescheduled and fee will be due in full.
